PROFESSION

• Lawyer/Advocate. Enrolled at State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh bearing no. 529/1972, dated 11/12/1972 and practicing at District Court of Bhopal and across various forums namely M.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. M.P. State Arbitration Tribunal, M.P. State Co-Operative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal Real Estate Appellate Tribunal & Authority.
• Served as "Civil Judge & Magistrate" in the High Court of M.P. Judicial Service.
• Political Worker/Politician: Served the Indian National Congress party as “President” Legal & Human Rights Department, MPCC (2008 to 2018) on the administrative side. Further formed body in all the districts of state of MP and in publication of Directory of brother Advocates/members of L&HR Dept.
• Further successfully dealt with various matters of MLA's from Congress party, namely Shri Arif Akeel(MLA-Bhopal Uttar), Arif Masood (MLA-Bhopal Madhya), Shri Gopal Singh@Daggi Raja(MLA-Chanderi), matters of Senior office bearers of MP Congress Committee, etc., and currently also dealing some matters for MPCC on the Civil & Criminal side which include notable Defamation matter.
• Won 8 elections at the Sate & Regional level. Elected Member of State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh since 1999 and has served at various positions as "President of Executive Committee" (three consecutive terms) & also Vice President of Executive Committee (two consecutive terms).
• Also served as President of District Bar Association, Bhopal (elected for two terms) and also Secretary of District Bar Association, Bhopal (elected for two terms).
• Social Worker /Social Service. Maintaining and leading Charitable Trust since 1990, which provides scholarships to poverty-stricken but ingenuous students .

• Chairman, Seth Gulab Chand Vijay Kumar Choudhary Chatravrati Avam Sahayata Trust, Bhopal, a Charitable Public Trust providing scholarship to indigenous students and also providing other aids.
• Chairman, Advocate Club of Bhopal Capital functioning since 2002.
• Formed M.P. Jain Snagathan in 2003 and is the Chairman of M.P. Jain Sanghtan.
• Chairman of Shree Nandishwar Deep Jinalaya Trust, Jain Nagar, Lal Ghati, Bhopal. (One of the largest Jain Jinalay in the Central India) The Trust provides its Dharmashala & residences for conducting Marriage & Conferences, at nominal charges, to people of all castes.
• While serving at State Bar Council of MP & District Bar Association at different positions, he generated huge funds for the organization, provided maximum Medical Aid to fellow Advocates & also provided Death Claims to the relatives of Advocates, propagated setting up of E-library in every District & Tehsil Bar Association, Computerized BAR office, propagated giving away immediate aid to Young Advocates at the time of Registration and did other important notable works for the Institution.
• Recently developed a Park and an Open Space named, "Seth Gulab Chand Smriti Van" in his Home town Chanderi in the memory of his father for the public at large.

FAMILY MEMBERS

• My father Late Choudhary Gulab Chand Jain Bajaj, popularly known as "Nagar Seth", had served as President of the Chanderi Jain Community from 1950 to his very last day, till 1981. He has also aserved as Vice President of the Chanderi Municipal Council. He also contributed to the Jain Aushadhalay & Jain Pathshala as President.
• My Wife Smt. Sushila Jain is M.Sc. Gold Medalist in Science Faculty and retired from Higher Education Department, Govt. of M.P. as Professor in Zoology.
• My son Vivek Choudhary holds a degree in B.A.LL.B (HONS) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal & is also Post Graduate in Law. Also holds "Diploma in Cyber Law "from Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune and Bombay University and is currently practicing across various forums. My other younger brother Pramod Choudhary is the President of the Jain Community, Lalghati, Bhopal. Other reflows Vinay Jain, Prateek Jain, Vaibhav Choudhary, and Neel Choudhary, are activates practicing as Lawyers across various Tribunals and other Forums.
